10 am: We meet at the hotel or cruise ship.

10.30 am: Starting with a short taxi ride to the very best authentic cafe in Valencia for the traditional Valencian breakfast called Esmorzaret.

A Bocadillo (large crusty bread sandwich) with fillings of choice. 

For example.

Longaniza sausage, bacon, sautéed onions, a smear of grated tomatoes, mayonnaise… and potatoes.
